Welcome to ZipIt Web, a web application developed by Blintix Studio. By accessing and using ZipIt Web, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue using our service.

1. Description of Service

ZipIt Web is a web application that allows users to capture, inspect, and download web pages as clean, self-contained ZIP archives or component code. The application processes public webpage content (HTML, CSS, images, fonts) through our cloud rendering engine and packages them into downloadable assets.

2. License & Usage

ZipIt Web grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service for personal and commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You may:

• Use ZipIt Web to analyze and capture web pages you have authorization to access.
• Use the exported assets and code for personal projects, client work, or internal use.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Use ZipIt Web to scrape, copy, or redistribute copyrighted content without authorization from the content owner.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of ZipIt Web beyond what is permitted by applicable law.
• Use ZipIt Web for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose, including overwhelming our servers with automated requests.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute ZipIt Web as your own product.

4. Intellectual Property

ZipIt Web and all associated branding, code, and design are the intellectual property of Blintix Studio. The content you capture using ZipIt Web remains the property of its respective owners — ZipIt Web does not transfer or grant any rights to third-party content.

5. Free Tier & Pro

ZipIt Web offers a free tier with a limited number of high-speed exports. After the free quota is exhausted, continued premium usage requires upgrading to a ZipIt Web Pro subscription or Ultimate Bundle. All Pro purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable consumer protection law.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

ZipIt Web is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The web application will work flawlessly on every website or block-enabled domain.
• All assets (images, fonts, scripts) will be captured perfectly in every scenario.
• The service will be available or functional at all times without interruption.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Blintix Studio be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of ZipIt Web, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.

8. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of ZipIt Web complies with all applicable laws and respects the intellectual property rights of others. ZipIt Web is a tool — how you use it is your responsibility.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with the updated date. Continued use of ZipIt Web after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
